Stella McCartney enlists Kylie Jenner to tame 'Wild Horses'

For Stella McCartney’s new short film, “Wild Horses”, the brand has enlisted It-girl, influencer, and business woman Kylie Jenner as its latest campaign's main character, alongside a new icon: the Appaloosa bag, and of course, a wild horse.

Directed by Gia Coppola, the short film sees Kylie Jenner in the dreamlike, ethereal atmosphere of a beach at sunset, alongside the powerful image of a wild horse. The horse as a symbol shows up in Stella McCartney’s collections and campaigns on a regular basis, even since the beginning of the brand.

Using the image of the horse as a representation of the animal’s trust, sensitivity, and extraordinary power, Stella McCartney is always referencing the beauty of nature and its creatures in her work. For Winter 2026, the relationship between humans, animals and nature is at the core of the campaign, continuing the house’s longstanding advocacy for the protection of animals.

The new Appaloosa bag, which is at the heart of this campaign, takes inspiration from one horse in particular: Stella McCartney’s own treasured stallion, Lucky Spot. Behind-the-scenes content also continues her brand’s collaboration with My Little Pony, with snapshots of the figurines captured on set with Kylie Jenner.
