Apple just unveiled a new listening and performing experience in London’s Battersea Power Station: Apple Music Hall. The brand new state-of-the-art live music venue is bringing a deeper connection to both artists and fans, through its bespoke, innovative design.
Apple Music Hall offers an unmatched live concert experience inside a 600-capacity space, with next level production value and the utmost control handed directly to the performer. Apple has also unveiled brand-new Apple Music Radio Studios in London within Apple Music Hall, a state of the art recording space that will now host Apple Music Radio’s London-based shows.
"Apple’s deep love for music dates all the way back to the very beginning, from the launch of the iPod to the long-running iTunes Music Festival to the debut of Apple Music,” Oliver Schusser, Apple’s VP of Apple Music and International Content shared, explaining why the brand's investment into innovating live music experiences makes so much sense.
Apple’s proven once again that innovation is a priority rethought the full immersion of Apple Music Hall; it’s more than a performance venue, but a whole campus at artists’ fingertips. Behind the stage, the venue functions as a full production facility, with dedicated recording and mix studios and a purpose-built broadcast control room.
Apple has linked up with Communion ONE, the UK’s leading independent national promoter, to help with promoting and booking the venue’s upcoming shows. For Mazin Tappuni, a managing director at Communion ONE, “Apple Music Hall is a fantastic venue, like nothing fans will have ever seen before. The production quality is world class, live streaming to fans across the world, from a live room where every square foot has the artist and their fans in mind."
